About the Traineeship Program

We are seeking a Creative Direction Trainee with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand aesthetics. This unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks) is designed for students or freshers who want to explore the world of creative fashion direction while gaining hands-on experience in shaping brand identity, campaigns, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with our senior creative team to bring ideas to life across photoshoots, campaigns, and social media content.

**Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Graphics Design / Creative Design / Visual Communication and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship. (Add Portfolio Link in Resume)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualizing campaign ideas, mood boards, and creative briefs.
  • Support the team during photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation.
  • Research fashion trends, art, culture, and global design inspirations to influence creative concepts.
  • Help in developing visual storytelling ideas for social media, website, and lookbooks.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, models, and stylists for execution.
  • Provide input on aesthetics, color palettes, and styling direction.
  • Assist in documenting creative processes and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a plus.
  • Ability to think outside the box and suggest fresh creative ideas.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.
  • Flexible with working hours during shoots or campaign deadlines.
