Our solutions, includingEzeCheck (non-invasive hemoglobin screening)andEzeFind (IoT-enabled urine analyzer) , are deployed across government programs, CSR initiatives, NGOs, and institutional healthcare settings. Our mission is to make healthcare screening accessible, portable, and scalable for underserved populations. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to leadCSR fundraising, NGO partnerships, and institutional salesin Odisha. The role will be responsible for generating revenue throughCSR-funded healthcare programs , building long-term partnerships with NGOs and foundations, and driving deployment of EzeRx products in community and public-health projects. Key Responsibilities CSR & Corporate Engagement Identify, engage, and manage relationships withCSR heads, sustainability teams, and foundationsof corporates and PSUs operating in Odisha Conceptualize, prepare, and presentCSR proposalsaligned with Schedule VII (health, nutrition, women & child health, adolescent health, tribal health) Drive end-to-end CSR deal closure—from proposal to sanction to execution coordination NGO & Partner Development Build and manage partnerships withNGOs, trusts, and implementation agenciesfor healthcare programs Enable NGO partners to adopt and deploy EzeRx products in field programs Coordinate joint proposals with NGOs for CSR and government-supported projects Sales & Revenue Ownership Drivesales of EzeRx products and solutionsthrough CSR, NGO, and institutional channels Own state-level pipeline, forecasts, closures, and collections for assigned accounts Convert pilot deployments into long-term, repeat CSR programs Stakeholder & Field Coordination Liaise withdistrict administration, health officials, and program managerswhen required Support on-ground execution, monitoring, and reporting of CSR projects Represent EzeRx at meetings, reviews, and field visits across Odisha Candidate Profile Experience 5–10 years of experience inCSR programs, NGO partnerships, social sector fundraising, public-health projects, or institutional healthcare sales Prior experience working withcorporate CSR teams, foundations, NGOs, or government health programs Proven track record ofclosing CSR-funded or institutionally funded projects Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding ofCSR Act, Schedule VII, proposal cycles, and impact reporting Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills Ability to work independently in a field-intensive role Comfortable with frequent travel across districts in Odisha Preferred Background Healthcare, MedTech, diagnostics, public health, or development sector Existing network withPSUs, large corporates, NGOs, or district administrationsin Odisha What We Offer High-ownership role with direct impact on public-health outcomes Opportunity to lead CSR and NGO revenue for an entire state Competitive fixed compensation withperformance-linked incentives Strong product credibility backed by clinical validation and government deployments How to Apply Interested candidates may send their profile to
