About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable
Maldives Quotation Specialist
to join our growing team. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive quotations, handling B2B client requirements, and providing destination expertise for the Maldives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in contracting, destination knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and competitive quotations for Maldives hotels, resorts, transfers, and activities.
  • Coordinate with hotel partners, resorts, and suppliers to obtain the best possible rates.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, inclusions, and terms & conditions shared with clients.
  • Handle B2B travel agent requests and customize itineraries as per client needs.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Maldives resorts, categories, special offers, and promotions.
  • Work closely with contracting & operations teams to streamline the booking process.
  • Manage client queries efficiently and provide professional destination expertise.
  • Keep track of quotation conversions and follow up with sales teams to increase business.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Maldives quotations, (DMC / B2B preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Maldives resorts, transfer options, and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reservation/quotation systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple requests, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) or Travel Agencies.
  • Multilingual ability (English must, additional languages will be a plus).
  • Knowledge of contracting procedures and Maldives tourism trends.
