About the Role

The New Store Opening Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of new store launches, from planning and setup to ensuring the store is fully operational and handed over to the Store Manager. This role involves cross-functional coordination, vendor management, staff onboarding, and ensuring that new stores reflect the brands standards from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans for new store openings, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, VM, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Admin).

  • Ensure store infrastructure, fixtures, and visual merchandising are completed before launch.

  • Store Setup & Readiness

  • Oversee installation of equipment, POS systems, and other operational requirements.

  • Ensure stock availability, display setup, and brand guidelines are met.

  • Conduct store audits pre-opening to check compliance with company standards.

  • Launch & Handover

  • Drive smooth execution of soft launch and grand opening activities.

  • Ensure operational stability and hand over store operations to the Store Manager.
  • Monitor performance in the initial weeks and provide post-opening support.
