- A Bachelor/master’s degree in economics, potentially with a supplementary degree in fiscal matters.- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in European VAT and VAT compliance required- Good knowledge of general VAT principles- Good knowledge of accounting and general VAT principles- Good knowledge of ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)- Good to have knowledge of reconciliation tools like Blackline, Cadency- Ability to analyze large volumes of data accurately- Knowledge of any VAT reporting tools, Power BI, Alteryx will be an added advantage- Fluent in English – written and spoken- Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with good communication skills- Team player with project management skills- Excellent knowledge about functioning/usage of ERP-systems- Shows great interest in working with multi-country clients
