The Weaver is a company based in Mumbai that specializes in designing and creating handmade rugs and carpets. We believe that everyone is an artist and that every carpet we design should speak a million words. Our biggest inspirations come from our clients, and we aim to spread the belief that everyone is a Weaver. Our carpets have been supplied to countries like Switzerland, Dubai, and Canada, and we are continuing to expand our reach to the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at The Weaver. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Good understanding of the handmade rugs and carpets industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Prior experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
