Roles and ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute Process Assurance & Control FrameworkConduct periodic process assessment & auditsDrive RCA, CAPA closure and achieve improvement in assessment scoresManagement reporting and process assurance dashboardPrevent lag detection of failuresDrive improvement projects with timely delivery of expected resultsA) Build Process Assurance & Control FrameworkDefine Assurance Framework in alignment to requirements from Customers, Regulator and BusinessAssessment calendar ensuring comprehensive scope spanning across Operations, Sales and Support ProcessesDesign robust assessment grid basis Input - Output metrics, Controls, Business rules, Cross-Functional linkages etc.Collaborate with Risk & Audit function to build robustness in the process & ensure regular review with the functionsIdentify process improvement areas from FMEA, VA / NVA analysis on the processAutomate assessment framework to ensure scalability, resource optimization and higher effectivenessBuild mistake proof thinking in the processes to prevent recurrence and drive First Time RightEnsure solution design (Corrective & Preventive action) and deployment along with business owners in time bound mannerTimely dashboard, status updates and progress reports to stakeholders / managementReinforce the objective of Process Assurance & Control through regular interaction with team & stakeholdersWork in partnership with business stakeholders to simplify / reengineer processes, improve efficiency and customer experienceB) Process Improvement ProjectsDrive process improvement projects including need identification, review, implementation closure and sign offsPartner with stakeholders to identify project opportunities through boot camp, brainstorming, workshops etc.Monitor progress & establish reporting system through a dashboard for review by seniors/stakeholdersEstablish benefit realization, tangible outcomes with requisite sign off on agreed parameters

C) People / Performance ManagementResource optimization to ensure high productivity through effective work allocationEnsure regular performance & progress reviewRegular coaching & mentoring of the team

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience - 8 to 10 years

Certified ISO Auditor / Lead Auditor / ISO Lead ImplementerCertification / Trained on COPCSolution Oriented Approach combined with Critical ThinkingExperience in Process Assessments / Audits / Transaction Monitoring including management reporting, CAPA Tracking and ClosureCertified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Must have worked on Projects, process improvements & assurance related initiativesExperience in driving process re-engineering projectsStrong knowledge on Risk Management practices like FMEA, Mitigation / Contingency Control PlanIndustry expertise - Core BFSI operational processesUse of Statistical tools, Data mining and analysis
