We are hiring for the following time slot -4AM - 8AMJob description We are looking for a Bollywood Dance Teacher who have the ability to motivate, educate and help children discover the potential for greatness inside of them.Dance Teacher Responsibilities: Teach children in an online setting. Humble nature with empathetic values to connect with the younger children. Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms. Ensure that students enjoy the course Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. Conduct group and private lessons as required. Provide a fun and creative environment.Qualifications/Experience required: Strong subject knowledge Experience in teaching Dance Relevant working experienceRequirements: Good English & Hindi Communication Skills Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory) Laptop and good internet connection is also required.Salary Standard for 4 AM - 8 AM1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo 81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demoYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee:Month 1: 6000 INR Month 2: 12000 INR Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INROther Information: Option from the comfort of your home
