Job Description
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Human Resources (HR) Tasks

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage office documentation and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments for day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth office functioning.
