Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance .
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create high-performing ad creatives.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
Track and measure campaign success using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and cost-per-conversion goals effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends , new advertising features, and algorithm changes.
Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
Proven track record of improving CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS .
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising .
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio .
Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking .
Experience with SEO and CRO strategies is a plus.
Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively.
