Role Description

The day-to-day tasks involve analyzing customer data, improving CRM systems, working closely with the sales team, and managing projects related to customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
