This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an Early-Stage Startup located in United Kingdom . We are a team of 30+ members located across 5 different countries. You would be joining a key stage of the Startup and play a key role in its success. This is an opportunity for someone who likes to prove themselves and climb the career ladder effectively at the same accelerated phase of the Startup.
Nature : Remote Working, Startup fundraising
Imp Note :
There is no salary. Team member would receive a 2.5% success fee of the fund received through the respective investor to whom the team member has represented . (Ex: TeamMember1 has brought the Investor1 and Investor1 invested £100,000 in ROPTIA & TeamMember2 has brought the Investor2 and Investor2 invested £200,000 in ROPTIA. TeamMember1 would receive £2500, TeamMember2 would receive £5000 as a success fee)
Responsibilities:-
- Actively collaborate with the Founder and other key members of the team
- Be the key member of the funding round
- Manage the documents related to the funding round
- Interact with external angels, angel networks, VCs, and Funding agencies
Area Of Expertise:
- Familiar and understanding of valuation
- Fundraising experience
- Proven track record in fund raising, investor relations or similar roles
- Strong grasp of fundraising strategies, techniques & industry best practices
- Organize, manage & oversee investor meetings, presentation, & due diligence process
- Swiftly address investor queries
- Familiarity with financial analysis & reporting
- Excellent funding strategies
