Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role at Neo Inventronix Private Limited located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru. We are looking for a self-motivated and high-performing Sales Specialist/Sales Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, scaling the sales function, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into paying customers.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate new leads and prospects. Manage and update CRM data to track interactions and progress.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaboration and Reporting : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 3-6 years in sales, preferably in pharma sales or health tech startup.

Skills

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
