Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Overseas Education Counselor to guide and support students who are aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding student goals, recommending suitable international education options, and facilitating the entire admissions process—from counseling to visa guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study options available abroad in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
  • Assess student profiles and suggest suitable universities, courses, and countries.
  • Guide students through application and admission processes including documentation, SOPs, and LORs.
  • Coordinate with universities and ensure timely application submissions.
  • Provide end-to-end support for visa application and pre-departure briefings.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Stay updated with changing visa rules, education systems, and admission deadlines.
  • Attend and represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
  • Maintain student databases and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream); Master's preferred in Counseling, Psychology, or Education.
  • 1–3 years of experience in overseas counseling or student visa processing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹35,156.07 per month
