Quidich Innovation Labs | Project Management Specialist

RoleQuidich is constantly expanding and innovating in order to stay ahead of the technological curve and thus the competition. As a project manager, you will have to ensure the smooth and effective running of the projects with a focus on great output. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, and risk management; and work closely with the COO on other special planning and departmental projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
ResponsibilitiesDesigning end-to-end project plans with the Operations TeamOverseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reportingMaking, tracking, and regulating the Operations department budget, project budgets, and cash flowsWorking with the service leads to improve project-wise feedback, increase team and cost efficiencyCoordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planningEstablishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendorsObserving the systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revisionEnsuring compliance with all applicable local regulations, including applying, maintaining, and following upRaising and tracking issues or conflicts; removing barriers; resolving issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders; and escalating to the appropriate level when requiredCollaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business executionWorking closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices
Required Skills and CompetenciesEngineer, BBA/MBA with 4+ years experienceStrong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail.Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful, with an innovative mindset.Ability to work in creative and dynamic work environments.Strong relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Have the professional dexterity to contribute in operational, business, and technical dialogues.Have a professional and positive attitude and willingness to be a team player and assist co-workers at all levels.Proven ability to manage individuals.Proven self-starter who considers 2nd & 3rd level impacts of day-to-day decisionsMust be flexible and willing to respond as required to frequent out of hours problems.
