Role and Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution: Design and manage offline marketing events such as workshops, expos, seminars, and conferences to promote Rancho Labs' programs to diverse audiences, including educational institutions, corporate partners, and the public.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns around events to maximize outreach and engagement. Develop strategies to capture and qualify leads effectively during and after events.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand client needs and create event strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Vendor and Partner Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, venue managers, and event service providers to ensure seamless event execution. Build partnerships with educational institutions and other stakeholders to enhance outreach.
- Brand Promotion: Ensure all events reflect Rancho Labs' brand image and messaging. Create promotional materials, presentations, and displays to showcase offerings and enhance visibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use marketing tools like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms to measure campaign success. Analyze event performance and generate post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to design events and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in event marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
