Job DescriptionJob Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer.Required Skills : ServiceNow IRM / TPRM / GRC, Architect, Implementation.Experience Range : 5+ YearsLocation : PAN IndiaNotice Period : 0 - 60 DaysSr. ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Developer will be responsible for end to end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules using Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities with minimal customization. This role involves leading design workshops, configuring platform elements, integrating with third-party systems and mentoring junior team members.Primary Responsibilities :Design, develop, and implement OOB ServiceNow IRM and TPRM solutionsSetup and manage:Authority Documents, Citations, Policies, Control ObjectivesRisk Frameworks, Risk Statements, Entity MappingsPolicy Exceptions and Risk AssessmentsBuild and configure:Assignment groups, User Roles, Escalation pathsSLAs, Access Controls, Categories/SubcategoriesImplement up to 4 integrations (REST/SOAP API based – 2 for IRM, 2 for TPRM)Develop custom reports and dashboards for compliance and risk metricsPrimary Skills (Must-Have) :Expert-level ServiceNow GRC / IRM / TPRM module implementationStrong knowledge of risk frameworksExperience with OOB Policy & Compliance and Risk applicationsServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)Flow Designer, ACLs, UI Policies, NotificationsIntegration skills using REST/SOAP, MID Server configurationsStrong documentation and communication skillsExperience 5+ years.
