Role & responsibilities

  • To create compelling sales pitches to sell employability products to the interested prospects
  • Ability to work on high ARPU products
  • Consult with potential learners to understand their career goals and recommend appropriate finance programs.
  • Drive conversions by managing the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, consultation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Provide student guidance by understanding their age, stage and needs
  • Use sales platforms and dialers and update real-time
  • Diagnosing and assessing client needs at a strategic and business outcome level.
  • Handhold prospective candidates and guiding them through the entire admission process.
  • Handling MIS systems, documentation, fee collection and reports.
  • Achieve agreed conversion rate from prospective leads to actual enrolments.
