Our showroom is known for its wide range of beautiful, functional, and durable sanitaryware and tile solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and contribute to our growth by driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Customer Service**: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on sanitaryware, tiles, and bathroom solutions to close sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the products, features, and trends in the sanitaryware and tiles industry to educate customers and provide expert recommendations.
- **Showroom Presentation**: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and displays products attractively to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers in placing orders, track deliveries, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by proactively engaging with customers and closing sales.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up calls, post-sale communication, and excellent after-sales service.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels and report product shortages to ensure the showroom is well-stocked with the most popular products.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
