About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing email campaigns. The candidate should have a basic understanding of automation, lead nurturing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Write engaging email copies, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Manage and segment email subscriber lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Set up and monitor automated workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with email best practices and deliverability standards.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Good content writing and design sense.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and trends.
