Qualification-

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, costing, and tendering of global infrastructure projects in the AEC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM-based estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost management.
  • Experience in working with international construction standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and identify challenges and high risk direct or indirect impact in the construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Cubi cost -TAS,TBQ (as per project needs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Estimation and cost analysis team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely project cost estimates.
  • Develop, manage, and update 5D BIM models using Cubi cost software.
  • Extract quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards in cost estimation and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and ensure accuracy of model-based take-offs.
  • Good understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and cost databases.
