Location: Pune, India
Scope: Recruitment for India & Malaysia
Experience Required: 3–6 years
Preferred Industry Background: Manufacturing or Automotive
About the Role:
As an HR Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our talent engine—sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for critical functions across GKN Automotive's operations in India and Malaysia. You'll collaborate with global HR partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to build robust pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across both India and Malaysia locations.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define sourcing strategies.
Use a mix of sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates while ensuring a strong cultural and role fit.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updates and track hiring metrics.
Coordinate with internal HR teams in Malaysia and India for seamless onboarding.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and hiring events.
What We're Looking For:
3–6 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Automotive sectors.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and modern sourcing techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in cross-border hiring or working with international teams is a plus.
Self-driven, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition.
