We are a luxury fashion e-commerce brand specializing in high-end designer products such as handbags, jewelry, watches, sunglasses, shoes, and accessories from world-renowned brands like Gucci, Rolex, Chanel, Cartier, Bulgari, Hermès, and more.

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Marketing Expert who is multi-talented and experienced in driving sales through social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and content creation. If you're passionate about luxury fashion and know how to execute high-converting campaigns, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, email, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage Shopify store marketing – product listings, promotions, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Plan, create, and optimize social media ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, etc.) to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Design and publish engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, captions, ad creatives) tailored for luxury audiences.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automations, cart recovery, retention campaigns).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, sales, conversions, engagement) and optimize accordingly.
  • Maintain consistency in luxury branding, messaging, and design across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on luxury market trends and digital marketing innovations.
  • Work independently to manage day-to-day marketing operations and deliver measurable sales growth.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in luxury fashion/accessories.
  • Strong expertise in social media ads management (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify marketing tools, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Skilled in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Strong content creation skills (social posts, ad copywriting, visuals coordination).
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and online sales funnels.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, multi-talented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
