Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Sales Professionals in Bhopal. This is a field sales role that requires meeting potential customers, promoting financial products, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers through field visits and local market sourcing.
  • Sell financial and third-party products as per customer needs.
  • Conduct marketing activities in and around Bhopal to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
  • Contact existing customers for cross-selling and relationship deepening.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Participate in training sessions and complete mandatory certifications.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a recognized institute.
  • Freshers and candidates with prior sales experience can apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi/local language).
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Target-driven with a high sales orientation.
  • Resilient, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Bhopal.
  • Must own a smartphone (Android/iOS) for work-related apps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹238,000.00 per year
