Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Media Buyer to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing large ad spends and driving profitable growth for e-commerce brands.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with monthly budgets of ₹15–20 lakhs.Plan and execute campaign strategies to maximize ROAS and overall performance.Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to test and scale winning ad creatives.Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns proactively.Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and new features.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in media buying, preferably in the fashion/e-commerce niche.Demonstrated success handling ₹15 L+ monthly ad spends.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and campaign structuring.Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Knowledge of Shopify and D2 C funnels will be a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary of ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month.On-site role with a dynamic team in New Delhi.Opportunity to work with high-growth fashion & lifestyle brands.A culture focused on learning, growth, and scaling brands to the next level.
