Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Mumbai. The Legal Intern will be responsible for supporting legal consulting activities, preparing legal documents, conducting research on legal issues, and assisting in due diligence processes. Day-to-day tasks include drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and providing general legal assistance to senior associates and partners.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Law and Legal Issues
  • Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or current enrollment in a Law program
