Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Patna. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and conducting channel sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Communication and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Channel Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
