Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst at JK Lucent, you will play a critical role in interpreting data to drive successful outcomes for our clients. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and business acumen to support decision-making processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customers' interactions and business processes.- Implement and manage CRM tools with a primary focus on Hubspot to enhance customer relationship management strategies.- Utilize CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.- Develop and maintain scalable data models within Data Lakes to support data aggregation and retrieval.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights.- Use Segment IO as a Customer Data Platform to integrate, clean, and structure data for strategic analysis.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.- 3 to 7 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.- Strong experience in CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot.- Proficient in CRO strategies and tools.- Experienced in managing and analyzing data within Data Lakes.- Familiarity with Segment IO or similar Customer Data Platforms.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
