Job Description
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy and plan to drive brand awareness, credibility, and generating demand for Qure’s’ solutions. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker (with a bias for action), strong understanding of the global healthcare industry and a proven track record of implementing successful marketing plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, credibility, KOL engagement and lead generation
Lead the development of marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, KOL engagement, physical events, social media and PR.
Identify target segments together with businesses and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies to effectively reach and engage key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the productmanagement team to understand market needs
Lead and manage the marketing team, to sustainefficient and high performance
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and mediaoutlets to amplifyour brand presence.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, including speaking engagements, whitepapers, and industry publications, to position the company as a leader in healthcare AI.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Skills and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare or technology industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, payer landscape, and customer needs.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to change.
