Experience : 6+ Years.
Must-Have : Python, PyTorch, Flask, AWS, LLM, Generative AI, MySQL and CI/CD.
Responsibilities :
Project Development : Analyze, design, develop, deploy, and maintain projects.
Code Quality : Write reusable, high-quality code using TDD and code reviews.
Generative AI : Develop and optimize LLMs for various use cases.
Architecture : Collaborate on architectural decisions and maintain documentation.
Performance & Security : Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.
Deployments : Automate and manage CI/CD processes.
Mentorship : Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
Culture & Standards : Promote organizational culture and standards.
Client Communication : Communicate effectively with clients and the team.
Tech Trends : Stay updated on technology trends and train the team.
Required Skills :
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in generative AI and LLMs using Azure, AWS, or OpenAI.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on modularity and quality.
- Experience with automated deployments and CI/CD.
- Ability to mentor team members and communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills :
- Advanced software performance optimization.
- Experience leading medium-scale projects.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
