Lead Generation via Tele Calling
Reach out to potential clients through calls, introduce Shivangi Elevators' services, and generate leads. Number of leads generated, conversion rate. Number of new installations generated
Sales Target Achievement New Lift Installations:
Generate leads and promote new elevator installations, measured by the number of installations.
Elevator Renovation & AMC Leads: Generate leads for elevator modernization and AMC services, targeting secured contracts and renovations.
Client Communication
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized elevator solutions.
Database Management
Maintain and update the lead database with relevant details and track progress. Customer engagement score, follow-up rate Database accuracy, follow-up completion rate
Tele Calling Reporting
Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up activities to the Sales Manager. Timely reporting, accuracy of data
Industry Knowledge Application
Use knowledge of the elevator industry, including maintenance services, to better engage and convert leads. Lead conversion based on technical knowledge
• Experience:
1-2 years of experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the elevator
industry or a technical field.
• Education:
A relevant degree or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Skills & Expertise:
o Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages is required.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong knowledge of the elevator industry, including new installations, modernization,
and maintenance services.
o Proficiency in tele-calling software, MS Office, and CRM tools.
o Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve lead generation goals.
o Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Certifications (Preferred):
Certification in sales, customer service, or CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
