Role Overview:

We are looking for a
dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA)
to expand our reach and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the
abroad education industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients (students and parents).
  • Drive
    new client acquisition
    through both
    hunting
    (new leads) and
    farming
    (existing clients).
  • Generate and follow through on
    sales leads
    from various channels.
  • Identify
    new market opportunities
    to maximise revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain
    consistent communication
    with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline
    and track progress effectively.
  • Provide
    pre-sales and post-sales support
    to key customers, including product demonstrations and guidance.
  • Conduct
    market analysis
    to establish competitive advantages.
  • Track and analyse
    key performance metrics
    to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in sales, preferably in the
    overseas education industry
    .
  • Proven
    track record of success
    in a full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Strong
    negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    .
  • Ability to 
    prioritise and strategise
     effectively to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Experience with
    CRM tools
    is a plus.
