Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Esker Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of overall experience in IT or software development, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Esker solutions. The Esker Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Esker solutions to streamline and automate our business processes.

This role requires strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and version control systems (Bitbucket/GitHub), along with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Esker solutions to automate business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and customize Esker workflows, scripts, and integrations to meet business needs.

- Ensure seamless integration of Esker solutions with existing ERP systems and other applications.

- Perform system configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Esker solutions.

- Manage version control using Bitbucket/GitHub to ensure code integrity and facilitate collaboration.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Document processes, configurations, and project progress for internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Esker, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and version control technologies.

- Lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of overall experience in IT or software development.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Esker solutions.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with version control systems like Bitbucket and GitHub.

- Strong understanding of document process automation and ERP integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
