We are looking for Business Development Trainees.

The selected persons will be trained in the consultative sales process, selling skills, and hands-on experience in selling IT Technical Solutions to the Engineering Industry. The job provides a variety of challenges, making it engaging and exciting. Upon completing the training, you may be confirmed as a Business Development Executive.

The job requires:

- Sales of our products and services to companies manufacturing machined components and products (like Auto-Components manufacturers), Electrical and White Goods manufacturers, etc.- Field sales and travel.- Exceeding the assigned targets, resulting in recognition and financial rewards.

Who can apply?

Candidates with:

- A keen desire to excel in the sales profession.- Good Oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.- An understanding of the engineering manufacturing Industry.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in a relevant field.

Experience: A short experience in the engineering manufacturing industry or quality gauging industry would be preferred.

Compensation:

The Job offers attractive compensation plus variable income in proportion to the Sales results.
