Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables• Develop detailed understanding of platform vendor's out-of-the box (OOTB) digital solutions applicable to the Quality function• Facilitate configuration of vendor OOTB digital solutions and refinement of NPD processes & ways of working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders• Own business process and workflows; develop and present business case for customizations (if any – post discussions with relevant stakeholders)• Act as a liaison b/w Mahindra and vendor (platform, SI) to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to Mahindra’s project standards• Identify and address potential risks/ bottle necks, ensuring project adherence to timelines through effective mitigation strategies and stakeholder coordination• Sign off on UATs for finalized vendor soln. roll out; ensure sign off of business processes from respective functional leaders and sponsors• Ensure effective user training, evaluate system performance and incorporate user feedback to drive digital solution adoption across users• Document issues, associated learnings and best-practices for applicable vendor digital solutions to enable continuous process improvements• Own PMO & end-to-end implementation of relevant vendor digital solutions for a given platform; ensure adherence to KPIs & roll out in future programsExperience• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with significant focus onvehicle quality planning, quality engineering or related functions• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in spearheadingimplementation projects successfully, with a proven ability to collaborateeffectively across diverse organizational domainsIndustry PreferredQualifications• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, MechanicalEngineering, Computer Science, Quality Management or a related field• Professional certifications/ Diploma in mechanical/ electrical engineering orsimilar credentials are beneficialGeneral Requirements• Develop and implement strategic quality plans to ensure effective mgmt. ofvehicle quality (objectives, standards, processes for vehicle dev. activities)throughout product lifecycle, from concept to launch• Establish robust processes for monitoring, managing supplier quality - supplieraudits, performance evaluations, and corrective action plans• Ensure detailed and thorough quality assurance and compliance with defectmgmt. - evaluate adherence to quality processes, identify non-conformances,and drive corrective actions to address deficiencies• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality planningprocesses, tools, and methodologies
