Our innovative methods and experiential learning techniques create meaningful and enduring training outcomes.Position Overview The  Digital Marketing and Content Manager  drives Gestalt Trainings’ brand growth by building awareness, generating qualified leads, and creating compelling content that reflects our transformative training programs. This role blends strategic marketing with creative storytelling to engage target audiences across digital channels.Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (web, email, social, paid, SEO).Manage budgets, timelines, and automation workflows.Identify target segments and create persona-based strategies.Track and optimize performance using analytics and testing.Content CreationProduce engaging blogs, articles, videos, case studies, and social content.Maintain brand voice across all materials.Manage content calendar and repurpose assets for multiple platforms.Capture client and trainer success stories.Website & SEOOversee website updates, UX, and conversion optimization.Implement SEO best practices and keyword strategies.Monitor analytics to improve traffic and performance.Social Media & CommunityDevelop and manage social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).Grow and engage online community; leverage user-generated content.Track social performance and optimize engagement.Email MarketingDesign and run email campaigns and nurture sequences.Segment audiences, test performance, and ensure compliance.Track open rates, CTR, and conversions.Brand & Thought LeadershipStrengthen Gestalt Trainings’ positioning and visibility.Manage brand consistency, PR, and partnerships.Support leadership in creating thought leadership content.Analytics & ReportingMonitor key KPIs and provide insights to guide strategy.Measure ROI, lead generation, and conversion performance.Qualifications Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2-3 years’ experience in digital/content marketing.Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, automation, and CMS tools.Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills.Experience in B2B, education, or professional services preferred.Personal Attributes Strategic, creative, and data-driven.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.Passionate about learning, human development, and results.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead generation & conversion ratesWebsite traffic & engagementContent production & reachSocial media growth & engagementEmail campaign performanceSEO rankings & organic growthMarketing ROI & pipeline contribution
