We are a small, driven team (11-50 employees) focused on innovation, quality, and technical excellence.We are seeking a highly driven and technically curious Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to establish our outbound sales motion (Comfortable with calls) and create qualified opportunities in one of our verticals.DetailsLocation:Hybrid Kolkata (India, 6:30 PM-3:30 AM)Reports to:Founder/CEOCompensation:Highly competitive base + uncapped performance-based commission (OTE 12 – 18 LPA) with growth opportunity to OTE 24-30 LPA in one year.The RoleAs the Founding SDR, you will be the first sales hire dedicated to building the pipeline. Your mission is to introduce Blownfuse's Advertising Services, custom AR/VR, and AI solutions to relevant decision-makers at target enterprises. This requires more than just volume; it demands technical aptitude, exceptional curiosity, and the ability to articulate the value of complex immersive technologies and marketing campaigns.You will target senior leaders in innovation and operations, includingMarketing Leaders ,VPs of Innovation, Heads of Digital Transformation, Directors of Manufacturing, and CTOs.Initial Service FocusYour primary focus will be on initiating conversations around one of the following initial lines of services and products:Blownfuse Advertising 360 Consulting (Martech):Leveraging AI-first technologies for next-generation B2B marketing and visualization strategies. This vertical is led by someone who has delivered successful strategies and campaigns for brands like Google, Amazon, Meta, NBA, Audi, Instagram, and many more.Blownfuse Products in the AR/VR Space:Introducing our proprietary software products tailored for enterprise applications (e.g., remote training, digital twin visualization).New Product Pilots:Identifying early adopters and securing pilot programs for our newest AI and immersive technology solutions.✅ Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)Pioneering Strategy:Help design and execute the initial outbound strategy, messaging, and ICP definition for our technical Advertising, AR/VR, and AI service offerings.Target Identification:Conduct deep research to identify and map out high-potential enterprise accounts in B2B and Manufacturing that align with our immersive technology expertise.Multi-Channel Outreach:Execute high-quality, personalized outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and direct cold calls.Technical Communication:Clearly articulate the business value of AR/VR/AI solutions (e.g., remote assistance, training simulations, digital twins) to technically sophisticated audiences.Qualification & Hand-off:Rigorously qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to generate 5-8 qualified meetings per month for the leadership team.Sales Tech Stack Management:Take ownership of the SDR tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), ensuring data integrity and campaign optimization.Feedback Loop:Provide constant, actionable market feedback to the Founder/CEO to refine our product-market fit and messaging.⚙️ Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:Minimum 2 years of quota-crushing experienceas a B2B SDR or Lead Generation Specialist, with primary experience targeting theUS or EU markets .Outbound Focus:A proven track record and strong preference foroutbound callsas a primary lead generation channel.Technical Acumen:You must possess a fundamental understanding of emerging technologies like Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).Communication:Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a proven ability to craft concise, personalized, and value-driven outreach.Mindset:Highly autonomous, comfortable operating without rigid processes, and thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment.Tools:Proficient in leveraging CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach).Education (Preferred):AnMBAor equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.✨ What You'll GetFounding Impact:The opportunity to be the first dedicated sales hire, directly shaping the revenue engine and sales culture of a high-growth tech startup.High Earning Potential:A competitive base salary coupled with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.Top performance can expect OTE to reach 24-30 LPA after the first year.Growth Opportunity:Opportunity toexpand and lead your own SDR team quicklybased on pipeline generation success.Direct Mentorship:Daily visibility and direct coaching from the Founder/CEO and senior technical leadership.Equity:Opportunity for an early equity stake in a promising bootstrapped B2B tech company.Unparalleled Learning:Deep exposure to product strategy, technical implementation, and high-level enterprise sales.
