Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Bengal, India. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's facilities. Responsibilities include managing building maintenance, ensuring workplace safety, overseeing security measures, and supervising various facility-related projects. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will coordinate with vendors, manage facility budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Facility Management, Building Maintenance, and Project Management skills
  • Experience in Health and Safety Regulations and Workplace Safety practices
  • Vendor Management and Budget Management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
