QualificationsExcellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to engage rapidly and successfully with many different stakeholder audiences.Proven experience designing and conducting research end-to-end for applied technology products.Research breadth and depth that complements the skills of your colleagues on the research team.Project management skills to prioritize research needs and ensure its successful completion.Proven capacity to turn research findings into actionable recommendations for design, engineering, and business stakeholders.Experience with user researcher tools and user testing platforms (e.g., usertesting.com; user zoom.com).Experience conducting remote interview studies, Both moderated/unmoderated studies, descriptive surveys (using platforms like Qualtrics), usability testing, and card sorting.A degree in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, behavioral science, human factors, or a related field is preferred.Min 5+ years of industry experience in user research with a proven track record.Microsoft product experience preferred.
