8 years of experience working on performance testing using Load Runner and engineering of large scale web applications

Hands on experience in performance testing, analysing application performance and performance engineering space using LoadRunner.

Experience of application performance testing including stress , load and capacity testing.

Interact with the various business stakeholders and understand the performance testing requirements and prepare performance test plans.

Create performance test strategy.

Understand business scenarios in depth to define workload modelling for different scenarios

Expertise with the performance testing tool HP LoadRunner. Should be able to write advanced scripts

Create the requested stress test scripts using Load Runner and execute scripts in a load environment;

Able to accurately analyse performance test results and present results and analysis - report on the performance statistics (CPU, memory, transaction responses time);

Knowledge of APM tools for monitoring, profiling and tuning like Solar winds, Dynatrace etc.

Execute various types of performance tests

Experience in root cause analysis of performance issues and ability to provide hardware/software tuning recommendations

HP LoadRunner certification or equivalent

Experience in both Linux and Windows environments

Strong written, oral & presentation skills.
