Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Expert to drive strategic SAP SuccessFactors implementations with a strong focus on advanced integrations, SSO enablement, and payroll management. This senior role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and proven experience in integrating SuccessFactors with Active Directory for seamless SSO. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level insights and expertise, specifically with hands-on experience in payroll compliance.


Key Requirements:

1) SAP SuccessFactors :

  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SF for large-scale organizations.
  • Proven ability to streamline HR processes using advanced SAP SF functionalities, including organizational structure management and employee lifecycle automation.
  • Expertise in resolving complex issues related to SAP SF workflows, data consistency, and compliance.


2) SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration):

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CPI for developing, deploying, and managing integration flows between SuccessFactors and external systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for SAP CPI scenarios, ensuring data integrity and error-free integration processes.
  • Ability to design reusable CPI templates for seamless integration across various HR and IT platforms.


3) Active Directory Integration:

  • Proficient in integrating Active Directory with SAP SuccessFactors for role-based access control and streamlined user provisioning.
  • Expertise in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) , ensuring secure and efficient authentication for enterprise users.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory schema and how it interacts with HR systems for organizational data synchronization.


Core Responsibilities:

1) SAP SuccessFactors :

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SF , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage complex payroll configurations and address organizational-specific HR challenges.


2) SAP CPI Integration Management:

  • Design, develop, and manage high-performance integration flows using SAP CPI to enable seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, including Active Directory .
  • Continuously monitor and optimize integrations to ensure reliability and scalability.


3) Active Directory & SSO Enablement:

  • Oversee secure integration of Active Directory for user provisioning and authentication processes.
  • Implement and maintain robust SSO solutions, enhancing security and user experience.


4) Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide technical mentorship to team members on SAP SF and Active Directory integrations.
