Job DescriptionIndependently own the Network Infrastructure support troubleshooting and solving complex issues and working on issues/tickets as appropriateEnsure SLAs are metResponsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and capacity planning for the Network platforms.Perform monitoring and maintenance of Network InfrastructureNetwork Performance & Root Cause AnalysisCommunicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24x7 on-call support as and when required.Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines concurrentlyGenerate reports on need basis and as instructed by supervisors.3-4 years of experience in design, deploy & manage IPv4/IPv6 networks(Routers/ Switches/ Firewalls)Platform knowledge on Cisco/ Juniper/ Fortigate/ Palo AltoSolid understanding of IP/MPLS and Ethernet technologies.Experience in IP services (IPv4, IPv6, VPN, Multicast, QoS, SNMP, VOIP, SIP, etc)Experience is routing protocols like BGP, OSPF etc
