Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Legal Tech / Professional Services e-Commerce Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals who can balance strategic product vision with hands-on execution, contributing to the growth of our existing products and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of our current product, the services we offer, and the technical foundation necessary to conceptualize and develop new features. This position requires a combination of creative thinking, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate across teams to build innovative solutions
Based in our Chennai office, this role requires working closely with diverse international teams and markets, making cultural adaptability and global collaboration essential. This position offers exciting growth potential, including opportunities to work in our global offices in Poland, the United States, Latin America, and South Africa for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Development
Lead the development and launch of new products, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Understand and refine the product vision by closely analyzing Trademarkia’s existing offerings and user needs.
Envision and propose new ideas, features, and forums to expand our product suite and market reach.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to create seamless e-commerce solutions for professional services.
Define product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to create seamless e-commerce solutions for professional services.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce features, from ideation to execution and post-launch optimization.
Develop features that enhance user experience in trademark and patent searches, filings, and monitoring.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in legal tech and professional services e-commerce.
Suggest innovative strategies to differentiate Trademarkia in the marketplace and enhance user experience.
Benchmark competitors and suggest innovative features to differentiate Trademarkia’s offerings.
Technical Collaboration
Work closely with the tech team to understand the technical landscape and feasibility of proposed product ideas.
Communicate technical requirements effectively and ensure that product implementations align with user needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between engineering, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across departments.
Performance Monitoring
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Gather user feedback and implement improvements to enhance product functionality and satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills:
Visionary Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and propose new product ideas and forums for expansion.
Technical Understanding: Basic technical knowledge to collaborate with developers and understand product architecture.Product vision and understanding of our current product and what we do at Trademarkia.
1-3 years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user-centric design.
Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and subscription-based models.
Basic understanding of legal or professional services industries, especially trademarks or patents.
Qualifications:
Experience working on SaaS platforms or legal tech products.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
Exposure to working with APIs and understanding technical product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Good-to-have skills: Proficiency in Python.
Good-to-have experience: Working with crons and ETL processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Salary Range:  12 lakhs to 15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
