Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Functional consultant JD :
Should have 8+ years of Oracle HCM cloud with at least 3 end to end implementation experience, Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
3. The candidate must have configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts:
· Core HR(WFA) - Configuration of Organizational Structures, Workflows and Approval, Oracle HCM Personalization
· Absence end to end Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules configuration
· Oracle Journeys/checklist configurations
· Expertise in Oracle Data Model and Business process functionality
· Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex functional issues/problems on WFA & Absences.
Quarterly Upgradation, impact analysis, fixes, testing of new features in HCM application
4. Good to have skills :
Having experience in security configuration is added advantage
Expertise in HSDL data load
Knowledge on Oracle Time & Labor module
Knowledge on seeded reports on WFA, Absences, and OTL
Agile Methodology of working, Jira Board
4. Should have completed at least 3 projects in the modules mentioned above as mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor
5. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
7. Willing to work in shifts, if required in future.
Profile Required

Specific Context
The candidate must have excellent Oracle HCM functional configuration expertise on the Oracle HCM functional modules and should have completed at least 3 projects in the modules mentioned above and should be an independent contributed when needed
