The company is dedicated to research, development, production, sales, and service of mining equipment. Their products include various types of crushers, sand making machines, grinding machines, and mobile crushing stations. They provide complete sets of equipment for large engineering projects in sectors such as highway, railway, hydropower, and mining.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Pune. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales for the company, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and reporting sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in the mining or heavy machinery industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
