Job Description Technical Recruiter

Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software development, IT infrastructure, engineering, and emerging technologies. This role requires a mix of strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment tools, and emerging technologies in technical hiring.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT, engineering, or technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills such as software development, cloud, DevOps, databases, networking, ERP/PLM tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in technical recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRMS tools is an advantage.
