What You Should Bring :A bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems with Power BI certification.At least 7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Your background should include significant hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization and proficiency in Power BI and other data tools with SFDC understanding.Understand data modeling, ETL processes, and creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.Use complex data-related problems coming from Marketing, Sales, that require reporting with analysis.Strong problem-solving skills are therefore essential.Importance of data accuracy and attention to details is a must. Should be able to spot errors or inconsistencies in data and correct them.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, etc.Team Player with ability to learn.

What You Will Do:Understand data modeling, ETL processes, and creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.Use complex data-related problems coming from Marketing, Sales, that require reporting with analysis.Work closely with sales, marketing, and teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.Utilize ETL processes to transform raw data into a usable format.Implement procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy, regularly auditing and cleansing datasets to maintain reliability. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistent data standards.Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise, and actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.Present findings to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the organization’s data capabilities.
