Job DescriptionAs a Senior Data Scientist at the Intelligence Node, you will lead a team of data scientists and collaborate closely with key business stakeholders.Develop advanced machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex problems in the retail and e-commerce sectors.Experiment with LLMs (Large Language Models)Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines.Mentor junior data scientistsDrive the deployment of predictive models into production.

Required Skill SetStrong proficiency in Python or C++Deep understanding of BERT, transformers, and other advanced machine learning architecturesExpertise in computer vision techniques and applications e.g., specialized embedding techniques such as visual transformers and OCR.LLMs understanding and curiosity to explore (out of box deployment, RAG, fine tune etc.)Extensive retail and e-commerce experience is preferred.PhD in a related field is preferred.

Desired Profile of the CandidateExceptional communication skillsLeadership ability in fast-paced environmentsResults-oriented and analyticalExperience leading cross-functional teams.Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.

Minimum experience7-10 years of experience in Data Science
