Job Description:
Looking to be a pivotal part of a team dedicated to maximizing product value? You're in the right place As a crucial team member, you'll take the reins in driving our product team KPIs forward. Your knack for communication will come in handy as you engage with stakeholders, aligning expectations and uncovering potential enhancements.
You'll be our go-to trend-spotter, keeping an eye on industry trends and benchmarking data to ensure our product stays ahead. With your organizational skills, you'll keep our product backlog in top shape, guiding our development efforts effectively.
But that's not all – you'll play an active role in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping us stay on track with our vision. Plus, you'll be the one orchestrating critical release, managing
milestones, and keeping an eye on risks.
Your main Product: Product Information Management (PIM) Tools:
The Product Information Management (PIM) tools serve as a central hub for managing and enriching product information across an organization. They play a crucial role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product data, which is essential for various business functions.
Overall, as the Product Owner for PIM tools, you would play a pivotal role in ensuring that the
organization effectively manages and leverages product data to drive business growth, enhance
customer experiences and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
1. Data Governance: Ensuring that product data adheres to quality standards, including
accuracy, completeness, consistency, and relevance. This involves defining data models,
taxonomies, and data governance policies to maintain data integrity.
2. Data Enrichment: Collaborating with stakeholders to enrich product data with attributes
such as descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information. This
process involves integrating data from various sources, including suppliers, manufacturers,
and internal systems.
3. Workflow Management: Designing and optimizing workflows for managing product data,
including approval processes, version control, and publishing workflows. This may involve
coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline data management processes and
ensure efficient collaboration.
4. Integration: Integrating PIM tools with other systems to facilitate seamless data exchange
and synchronization.
5. User Training and Support: Providing training and support to users across the organization
on how to effectively use PIM tools to manage product data. This may include developing
training materials, conducting workshops, and offering ongoing support to address user
queries and issues.
6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving the functionality and
usability of PIM tools based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging
technologies. This involves staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in
PIM technology and incorporating them into the organization's data management strategy.

Communication: Very strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to effectively articulate requirements, provide feedback, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between stakeholders' needs and the product's objectives.
Prioritization: Ability to prioritize features and tasks based on their business/customer value, feasibility (risks) and costs in alignment with the product vision --> Ability to make informed, data driven decisions about what to build next, considering factors such as business goals and resource constraints.
Adaptability: Adaptable and responsive to change, able to adjust the product roadmap and strategies as needed to address shifting conditions or emerging opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with robust experience in leveraging data analysis within a product-oriented context.
To excel in this role, we expect candidates to possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar data-driven role within a fast-paced business environment as well as in an Agile product management, including proficiency in setting priorities, estimations, defining requirements, conducting testing, and offering clear recommendations.
Proven ability in problem-solving and a hands-on approach to work.
Strong understanding of statistics and proficient knowledge of data mining techniques.
Proficiency in English communication.
