Job Overview:

As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you will be responsible for driving digital strategy and transformation initiatives to enhance our client’s competitive position in the market. You will lead the development and implementation of digital solutions to optimize business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify and prioritize digital opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends relevant to the HVAC industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define digital requirements and prioritize initiatives based on strategic importance and ROI.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and industry partners to leverage external expertise and resources.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and digital literacy across the organization through training and development programs.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership in digital transformation and innovation, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and data analytics.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable digital initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change.
